The Superstars Conundrum

In every team and setup, it is those who consider themselves stars and believe they are better than everyone else who usually pose significant problems for the leadership. And there can be no progress for the team, nor can they achieve success in solving the problem they were tasked initially with, until the problems created by the superstars being on the team are first resolved.
